Delivery

Samples and packs are sent via Sydney NSW within 48 hours of receiving payment. 

Due to the nature of the products, they will be sent by road transport only and cannot be sent by express post.

Most items should arrive within 3-10 business days depending on your location. WA customers will generally experience the longer delivery times due to the distance.
  • 1-4 samples will be sent by registered post in a slimline box
  • 5+ samples will be sent by parcel post in a suitable cardboard packaging box
A tracking number will be provided and insurance is included up to $100 on all orders, if you would like to insure for more, please contact us prior to placing your order.
